She chose a great day to make her entrance into the world. My birthday is 7/17 and Stephen, one of my sons, shares that birthday with me!! We will pray for your recovery; seems as though you're off to a great start going home so quickly. I've gone home less than 48 hours after surgery with 6 of my 8 c-sections (one was premature so I stayed a day longer and with one other I had an infection and had to stay for 5 days.) The best thing you can do is get up and move even when it hurts (speaking from having been there but also from a medical standpoint)!! Plus, you'll find that you'll recover so much better at home (with hubby to care for you)rather than at the hospital! Enjoy getting to know your sweet blessing!
